Horizons Roofing takes pride in the quality we focus on.  Philip Dugas has been in the roofing business since 1979 and has since obtained a general contracting license to allow for additional roof and interior work which deals with damage from leaks.  Phil’s background, along with a veteran, has extensive knowledge in the roofing industry.  He obtained his Construction Management degree from Utah Valley University in 1988.

He loves the outdoors in with great views so pursuing a career in the roofing industry was a perfect fit. He loves working with customers to solve roofing issues, especially the ones that many other roofers have failed to solve. What makes us different is our customer care emphasis.  Much of our work comes from referrals, sometimes years after finishing a new roof on a customer’s house. Also, we give back to the community by supporting a nonprofit.
