CONSULTATIONS & RATES

Old Town Legal Services provides a free 30-minute consultation for all new clients and new matters.  At your consultation, you will be provided with an estimate retainer amount to commence the case. 

Cases are traditionally handled at an hourly rate, which is deducted from your retainer as work is billed to your account. 

Sliding scale hourly rates can be available based on income in order to make representation more affordable. Please provide income verification (taxes, paystubs, etc.) at your consultation in order take advantage of this feature.
