About Old Town Legal Services

Old Town Legal Services was established in 2020 by Attorney Lauren Forsyth in order to provide attentive and effective legal representation at customizable rates for the community.

Lauren is a Utah native, originally from Sandy. She became a part of the Park City community in 2003, when she moved there to be closer to the winter slopes and mountain trails.

Lauren was a recipient of the Huntsman Scholarship Award for her undergraduate studies at the University of Utah.  At the U she studied Business, Art, and received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government.   She received a Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego.  There she was listed on the Dean’s Honor list, received two academic excellence awards, and was a Judicial Intern for a Superior Court Judge.  She also studied Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law at the National University of Ireland in 2014.

Since becoming an attorney, Lauren has primarily provided legal services to the Wasatch Back Communities.  From 2015 until 2019, Lauren was an associate with the law firm of Kristopher K. Greenwood & Associates, there she established the firm’s Park City office.  Lauren is now happy to provide Old Town Legal Services, a law practice specifically for the invaluable communities along the Wasatch Back.

Lauren and her family currently reside in Midway, Utah and enjoy snowboarding, skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, farming/gardening, and travel.
