Mitchell Bell - President

I have owned multiple electrical service companies over my 35-year career that all were low- and high-voltage based. We have built them into great, successful companies that continue to be family run in various parts of the country. Our employees are the foundation of our success, and I value loyalty on both sides so together we can create and enjoy our workplace. When I’m not working, I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, golfing, and biking.

Jayson Done - Senior Project Manager

Jason has been an electrician since 1990 and a project manager since 2000. He joined the KES team in 2006 and, through his expertise, led the company to great success in our commercial / industrial division. He enjoys golf, off-roading with his Jeep and RZR, and Banshee sand dune adventures.

Tony Gannuscio - Operations Manager

Tony has served in the electrical industry for over 25 years and currently serves as Chief of Operations and Project Executive at KES. He was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah and graduated from Westminster College, where he majored in Electrical Technology. Tony joined the KES team as an electrician in 1991, obtained his Journeyman license in 1998, and quickly advanced to Foreman before rising to Superintendent and Project Manager. In addition to managing several accounts worth millions of dollars, Tony is actively involved in all KES electrical designs as well as the design, implementation, and programming of complex lighting control and facility integration systems.

Phil McDonald - Office Manager

Phil has worked in construction office management since 1999 and was VP of Operations at Great Salt Lake Artemia from 1995 to 2000. Phil patented and manufactured physical therapy products of his own design from 1980 through 1995, and prior years’ experiences included concrete and rough framing construction and professional motocross racing. Dual sport motorcycle exploring, hiking, skiing, and mountain biking are his favorite recreational activities.
